Soccer the Brazilian Way (STBW) is holding Mid-Summer Small Group Training Sessions to improve players’ abilities and conditioning in the “off season”, getting them into top shape for the Fall season.
What is Small Group Training ?
When a trainer works with a team they typically have to deal with between 12 and 18 players. Team training sessions are an ideal environment to coach team tactics but it can be difficult to give adequate attention to individual skills development. With STBW's small group training, a player receives the individual attention he or she needs and deserves.
Individual training may be used to brush up on existing skills before an important tryout or as a means to progressively improve a player’s technical skills. Players may already be aware of areas they wish to improve upon or a STBW trainer can attend a game and evaluate the player prior to, or during the individual training program. The first 35 minutes will consist of conditioning drills for soccer with some speed training drills, so please bring running shoes and do not forget the water.

- You get 5 session of 1.5 hours in duration.
- Get a group of 5-6 players (8 max).
- Registration is not available on-line.
