Soccer the Brazilian Way offers the following convenience team training options: - Fall and Spring Training with one session per week option includes: a) Twelve 90 minute training sessions, one game evaluation and a written individual player evaluation/analysis each season (Fall and Spring). b) Winter Training includes 8 sessions of 1.5 hours in length. - Team Summer Camp consisting of five three-hour sessions (Monday-Friday) - Year Round Training System with 2 times per week Training: - Twenty-four 90 minute training sessions, two game evaluations and a written individual player evaluation/analysis each season (Fall and Spring). Winter Training includes 8 sessions of 1.5 hours in length. |
STBW recommend a minimum of 12 sessions to achieve a better performance. |
